O Festival Bun em Cheung Chau, Hong Kong, está de volta! Pondo um fim a um hiato de três anos, o festival foi lançado a 16 de Abril. A mais convincente competição de "bun scrambling" será realizada durante o festival, um dos projectos nacionais de património cultural intangível em Hong Kong.

A torre do pão tem 14,42 metros de altura com uma estrutura de aço e é decorada com peças de bambu sem suporte no exterior, de acordo com os costumes tradicionais. Milhares de pãezinhos artificiais serão pendurados durante o concurso oficial. Muitos competidores treinaram para fazer uma torre de pãezinhos para apanhar o maior número possível. O popular Festival de Pãezinhos apresenta uma série de actividades, e atrai mais de 10.000 participantes, assim como milhares de visitantes de casa e do estrangeiro.

The Bun Festival in Cheung Chau, Hong Kong, is back! Putting an end to a three-year hiatus, the festival was launched on April 16. The most compelling bun scrambling competition will be held during the festival, one of the national intangible cultural heritage projects in Hong Kong.

The bun tower is 14.42 meters high with a steel frame and is decorated with bamboo pieces without support on the outside according to traditional customs. Thousands of artificial buns will be hung up during the official competition. Many competitors have trained to race up a tower of buns to snatch as many as possible. The popular Bun Festival features a series of activities, and draws more than 10,000 participants, as well as thousands of visitors from home and abroad.

因疫情影响停办了三年的香港长洲“抢包山”活动重新回归。4月16日，“香港长洲包山嘉年华2023”在长洲岛拉开帷幕。最引人瞩目的抢包山比赛，将在香港国家级非遗项目“长洲太平清醮”传统节庆期间举行。

高14.42米的“包山”系由钢架结构搭建，并循传统习俗风情在外表配上没有支撑用途的竹片，待正式比赛时才挂上数千个仿真“包子”。多名参赛选手已开展训练，上下攀爬迅如游龙。每年的包山嘉年华均深受市民欢迎，抢包山选拔赛、攀爬嘉年华及抢包山比赛等连串活动吸引逾万人参加，成千上万的本地市民及海外游客亦慕名而至。
