O Distrito de Zengcheng de Guangzhou tem uma longa e rica história de mais de 1800 anos. O distrito possui 277 quilómetros quadrados de água cristalina, as Cataratas das Fadas Baishui com a maior queda na China, e 395 quilómetros do cinturão ecológico da paisagem florestal.
