#OCCU2023Na noite de 17 de Maio de 2023, o Carnaval dos Chineses Ultramarinos teve início na Vila Chikan, Kaiping. Foram apresentados muitos projectos representativos do património cultural imaterial de Jiangmen, mostrando aos convidados e visitantes a profunda história e cultura de uma das cidades de origem dos chineses ultramarinos. Dezenas de petiscos famosos foram também colocados à disposição dos convidados, permitindo-lhes experimentar a cultura gastronómica única do país.

#OCBC2023 On the evening of May 17, 2023, the Overseas Chinese Carnival kicked off in Chikan Town, Kaiping. Many representative intangible cultural heritage projects of Jiangmen were displayed, showcasing the profound history and culture of one of the hometownsfor overseas Chinese to guests and visitors. Dozens of famous snacks were also made available for guests to enjoy, allowing them to experience the unique food culture there.

2023年中国（江门）侨乡华人嘉年华活动于17日晚在赤坎华侨古镇举行。活动期间，白沙茅龙笔制作技艺、荷塘纱龙、宫灯制作技艺、罗氏柑普茶制作技艺等来自江门五邑各地、具有代表性的各级非物质文化遗产项目同步亮相，向嘉宾游客展示底蕴深厚的侨乡历史文化；荷塘鱼饼、外海面、大有凉果、海晏牛杂、冬蓉饼等数十款名小吃，将让嘉宾在一饱口福的同时，直观感受到侨乡独特的美食技艺。
