Com o lançamento de 100 pratos e lanches famosos, o Festival da Comida International de Guangzhou 2022 começou em 7 de fevereiro.

Iguarias de todo o mundo reuniram-se no festival, enquanto centenas de pratos, sopas e lanches renomados de Lingnan foram um deleite para os epicuristas. Dezenas de reputados restaurantes de Lingnan tiveram a oportunidade de apresentar ao público os seus pratos de dar água na boca, sob a rigorosa seleção de jurados profissionais.

Entre eles, os pratos favoritos da lista incluíam o "Centennial Roast Goose" de To To Kui e o "Caranguejo de cristal cozido no vapor com gordura de frango e vinho Hua Diao" da Aldeia Pesca de Mar de Sul.

Durante o Festival da Primavera deste ano, as ruas de Guangzhou estavam repletas de gente. A restauração estava cheia de encomendas e o mercado cultural e turístico estava em alta. O sabor familiar do Ano Novo permeou as ruas, e os fogos de artifício humanos há muito perdidos voltaram em grande estilo.

Dozens of reputed Lingnan restaurants got the opportunity to present their mouth-watering dishes to the public under the strict selection of professional judges.

Among them, the favorite dishes on the list included To To Kui's"Centennial Roast Goose" and South Sea Fishing Village's"Steamed Crystal Crab with Chicken Fat and Hua Diao Wine".
