Bem-vindo ao Triatlo da Área da Grande Baía de Cantão-Hong Kong-Macau 2023! Em 3 de Junho, o primeiro triatlo da Grande Baía teve início no Parque de Lihu, na zona de Zengcheng, em Guangzhou. Mais de 800 participantes de 21 províncias, regiões e cidades inscreveram-se na competição até 29 de Maio. O triatlo, uma competição de resistência que envolve natação, ciclismo e corrida, é uma das competições físicas mais intensas realizadas num ambiente especial adequado. Em Zengcheng, uma cidade rodeada de montanhas, os concorrentes têm o privilégio de desfrutar da beleza do "Oásis do Delta do Rio das Pérolas" enquanto lutam arduamente pelos títulos no triatlo. Podem também experimentar a riqueza da cultura e da história de Lingnan, que dura há mais de 1800 anos.

Welcome to the 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Triathlon! On June 3, the first-ever triathlon in the GBA kicked off in Lihu Park, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. More than 800 contestants from 21 provinces, regions, and cities signed up for the competition till May 29. Triathlon, an endurance contest involving swimming, cycling, and running, is one of the most intense physical competitions held in a special suitable environment. In Zengcheng, a city surrounded by mountains, contestants have the privilege to enjoy the beauty of the “Pearl River Delta Oasis” while fighting hard for titles in the triathlon. They also canexperience the culture and history richness of Lingnan which lasted for more than 1800 years.

6月3日，2023粤港澳大湾区铁人三项赛将在广州市增城区荔湖公园以及周边公路举办，这是该项赛事首次落户广州增城。截至5月29日，已吸引21省区市近800多名选手报名参赛。

铁人三项是将公开水域游泳、自行车骑行与跑步三项运动结合起来而创造的一项新型的体育运动项目，对竞赛环境有着较为严格的要求。在众山环抱的增城，选手可以在“打铁”的同时欣赏“珠三角绿洲”的美景，感受1800多年历史的岭南古邑独有的历史文化内涵。
