在佛山顺德，不少餐厅以“鱼”为招牌菜。做“鱼头火锅”的东灶鱼头，把四川的火锅和顺德的鱼融合在一起，走一条新的火锅路线。在佛山禅城，有享誉海内外酝扎猪蹄和石湾玉冰烧。石湾玉冰烧在原来米酒酿造工艺上，增加“缸埕陈酿、肥肉酝浸”，酝浸了肥肉后的米酒变得更加清透醇香，口感甘洌。在佛山南海，盐步秋茄是不得不品尝的“不二之选”。在佛山南海，爽脆、甘甜的口感是大顶苦瓜刺身是食客们必点的菜式。
